Karim Fadli

With over 22 years of Construction Experience, Karim Fadli graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and a concentration in Project Management.  Karim grew up in Prince George’s County and is proud to say he attended the public school system and excelled.  He started his career with Turner Construction building out some of the most notable projects in the area.  To no one’s surprise he rose quickly through the ranks, spending time as an assistant project superintendent, superintendent, cost engineer, project manager and was running his own projects in the SPD division. 

 

His career took him to the smaller start up firm of Corenic Construction Group, LLC.  After 11 years of establishing himself as a leader, working his way through up in the company, mastering project management, operations management, scheduling and running the preconstruction department with many design build projects. 

 

In late 2022, Karim felt a new calling and did what most of us would consider unthinkable...he started all over establishing his own company.  He did this for the same reasons so many others have over the centuries – freedom to follow his own vision, chasing new and unique opportunities and most importantly, to provide a level of service he has created pride in over the last 20 years for his clients.
